Gaon Game Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates various mobile applications and related services (collectively referred to as the “Service” or “Apps”) available on official app stores (such as the Google Play Store and Apple App Store).

  1. Information Collection and Use We do not directly collect, store, or process traditional personally identifiable information (PII) such as your real name, physical address, or email address unless you voluntarily provide it to us (e.g., through direct support inquiries).

However, depending on the specific App and features you use (such as multiplayer lobbies), we and our third-party SDKs automatically collect certain non-personal, pseudonymous, or in-game identification data to ensure proper functionality, improve gameplay, and display advertisements:

In-Game Identification Data: For games featuring multiplayer or lobby systems, we collect your Google Play Games Unique Identifier (UUID) and In-game Nickname to synchronize your progress, implement matchmaking, and identify users. This data is securely processed and stored via Firebase.

Device Information: Device model, operating system (OS) version, unique device identifiers, and language settings.

Advertising Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (GAID) or Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA).

Network Information: IP address, mobile carrier, and network connection type.

Gameplay Statistics: Game scores, achievements, progression, in-app purchase history, and crash logs.

  1. Purpose of Information Collection The collected information is used to provide and improve our Services, specifically for:

Service Provision: Operating in-game multiplayer lobbies, matchmaking, and saving user progression.

App Improvement & Analytics: Analyzing gameplay statistics and crash logs to enhance the gaming experience.

User Management & Safety: Enforcing our Community Guidelines, preventing abuse, and restricting unauthorized programs (cheats/hacks) to maintain a fair gaming environment.

  1. Data Retention and User Rights Your in-game identification data (UUID and Nickname) is retained only for as long as you use our Service. You can change your in-game nickname at any time within the applicable App. If you wish to stop using the service and delete your data, you may disconnect your Google Play Games account.

Note: Records of service restrictions (bans) due to Community Guideline violations may be kept for a longer period to prevent re-registration and abuse.

  1. Third-Party Service Providers To support our development, provide a better user experience, and manage multiplayer infrastructure, we utilize verified third-party services. While we and our third-party partners strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your data (such as utilizing Firebase security rules for lobby data), please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable. We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

  2. Children’s Privacy Our Services are designed for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your country). If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our records.
